If you recievce a favorable response, what happens next?
If you receive a favourable response this means that you have been short-listed for the position and will need to attend a selection programme in Dubai or in another location.
Specialised recruitment team members will be in constant contact with you, via email, phone or SMS, in order to make the necessary arrangements.
 
Our Selection/Assesment Process


Based on the nature of the role, the selection programme may involve a combination of the following steps: phone interview, face to face interview, psychometric testing, role based presentations, assessment centre, and/or role specific Job simulations.

After the Selection/Assesment Process
Following the Selection/Assessment Process the Line Managers and Recruitment Staff will need to discuss and identify the most suitable candidate for the role and who is able to adapt to the Emirates culture and work in Dubai. 
We endeavour to reply to candidates as soon as practical which is normally within three weeks of the interview.
