For the past five decades, airlines at Dubai International Airport have enjoyed the best in quality and cost-effective passenger, cargo, ramp and technical support services – thanks to dnata. The single most important reason that makes us a world class ground handler is our team of dedicated, skilled and forward-thinking professionals.

Following a local presence that began in the UAE, we are now expanding our services to cover the globe. Our first international ground handling operation commenced in Pakistan in 1993 and today, we are represented in seven countries and 18 international airports.

To cope with the rapid growth of Dubai Airport, dnata Ground Handling is split into three major business units:

1. Airport Operations Emirates (EK)
2. Airport Operations Other Airlines (OAL)
3. Airport Operations Terminal 2 & Freighter Handling

These business units where we employ and develop the careers of our staff are made up of the following support departments:

Operations Services
Passenger Services
Ramp Services
Technical Service

In addition, there are six more departments providing dedicated services in their respective disciplines to senior management as well as the operating departments. They are:
