Resource Planning and Administration

The Emirates Airport Services administration is divided into three key sections:

Administration Support Unit: This unit is in charge of all support elements such as attendance management (sickness, absence, overtime, taxi claim etc), PM management, procurement support, management of internal mail distribution, management of assets and inventory items etc.

Resource Planning Unit: This unit is in charge of planning the resource requirements for the long and medium term. It plays a key role in rostering staff for duty in all the areas of the airport, as well as managing leave allocation and training nomination.

RTC Allocation Unit: This unit is responsible for allocating staff to the various tasks in the operations based on their skills and qualifications.
