Special Services
Our young travellers (unaccompanied minors and young customers) are looked after by a team of professionals from check-in until they board the aircraft. On arrival at destination, they are again looked after until they are received by their parents/guardians. They have facilities available in our Special Services Lounge which include toys, cartoon channels, video games and a sleeping area with comfortable reclining chairs. Staff members are also on hand to assist the physically-challenged, while a dedicated PRO team cares for customers who fall ill while in transit.
