EMACS (Departure Control System)
This team provides technical support by controlling all departure flights. Their main responsibilities include opening and closing flights for check-in, giving upgrades/downgrades, assigning seats, and on-loading rebate customers.
Hub Control Centre
This is the hub for communicating and implementing the daily operational plans produced by senior managers in the Emirates Network Control Centre. Hub Control Centre sends out to all frontline teams operational information related to aircraft, customers and baggage, such as aircraft changes, delays, diversions and disruptions.
