dnata Cargo’s focus has always been on delivering customised services to the airline and cargo communities. We handle all air freight coming into, going out of and transiting Dubai through seven key terminals, called Freightgatest. We provide a comprehensive range of services that covers every aspect of cargo management, marketing and handling through our GSA arm, Cargo Partners, our 24-hour Customer Care Centre and our Planning and Development division. At Dubai airport, we serve more than 110 airlines.
dnata’s air cargo terminal operations were the first in the region to attain multi quality certifications. These include ISO 9001-2000 (Quality Management System), ISO14001 (Environment Standards) and OHSAS 18001 (Health and Safety Standards). Our quality management system means that every single member of staff can make a difference, by coming up with suggestions and ideas that enhance the services we offer.
