As one of the largest employers in UAE, the Emirates Group is continuing its obligation towards the local community in terms of recruiting and developing UAE nationals. Our commitment towards this goal is evident on the numbers and quality of UAE nationals within the Group which is reflected especially with the rapid expansion over the coming years.
We want more UAE Nationals to work for the Emirates Group, so we have maximised entry and career progression opportunities. With this in mind, we have identified, designed and initiated development programmes for UAE Nationals.
