Our aim is to help our employees enhance their knowledge and skills continuously in order to meet the ever changing demands of the industry and to develop their career within the Group. Apart from developing the technical expertise and operational knowledge of individuals in their relevant job roles, we also focus on developing the leadership and business skills of employees at various levels. We offer our global workforce flexible learning opportunities that include e-learning, on-job development, coaching and mentoring, as well as a range of instructor-led learning programmes, some of which are offered in Dubai, at the Emirates Aviation College. In addition, currently, we have Centers of Training Excellence in Australia, India, Pakistan and the UK to support our training needs in these and neighboring countries.
