The Recruitment Process
If your application is short-listed you will be contacted by Human Resources, locally or from Dubai who will advise you of the interview arrangements. You will be briefed on the type of interview. In some cases assessment centres are used and in some cases psychometrics tests are required. Travel and accommodation arrangements will be made if necessary and you will be informed on what to prepare and bring to the interview. Following the Selection/Assessment Process the Line Managers and Recruitment Staff will need to discuss and identify the most suitable candidate for the role and who is able to adapt to the Emirates culture.
You will be notified of the outcome of your interview. In some cases, more than one interview is required. If an offer is made to you, you will be briefed on the joining formalities.
