Airline Affairs, the General Sales Agency (GSA) division of dnata, provides a range of services to support the distribution, sales and marketing activities for more than 40 principal international carriers, representing them not only within Dubai, but in the Northern Emirates and the GCC. The Airline Affairs division is specifically tailored to complement individual airline requirements, and is supported by a cosmopolitan, multi-lingual team of highly trained and experienced staff. It provides major airlines with the legal entity to establish a commercial presence and the right to trade.
