UAE Travel Services comprises of the travel hubs based around the country. Emirates tickets are issued here to direct walk in passengers besides providing quality service to travel agents within the UAE and supporting agents on the various GDS used.
The Reservations Contact Centre in Dubai directly deals with passengers over the phone for rebooking and confirmation of tickets besides ensuring delivery of tickets through the Dial-a-ticket service. It also handles the overflow of calls from other call centres like India, Manchester, Saudi Arabia, Doha, Bahrain and Qatar.
Apart from Dnata Travel Centre Building on Sheikh Zayed Road, the travel hubs are located in Town Centre, Deira, Dubai International Airport, Sharjah, Ajman, Abu Dhabi and Al Ain. The Reservations Contact Centre is based at Al Ramool.
