Cargo

dnata is one of the leading cargo service operators in the world. As the region has become a vital commercial hub, we’ve also grown internationally. Our cargo business now spans three continents, shifting over 1.7 million tons annually. That’s 4,766 tons of cargo a day—or an elephant’s weight every minute. From flowers and food to luxury cars and even animals, perishable and fragile goods are handled with care. Even under extreme conditions, our ground crews make sure the promise contained in each box arrives safely at its destination. And we continue to pioneer industry standards through our commitment to investing in technology and training.

Ground Handling

Airline passengers expect a seamless experience from check-in to baggage delivery. And that’s exactly what we deliver. From our global base we’ve expanded into some of the world’s busiest airports. We’re now in nine countries and 21 airports outside the UAE, from Australia to the UK. From baggage, ramp, and cargo handling to ground support equipment maintenance and passenger care, our ability to provide efficient, reliable and cost-effective solutions is second to none. Employing more than 7,000 skilled staff and some of the most advanced technology in the industry, we also pride ourselves on our training standards, ensuring that we share best practices internally around the world.

Our food division now serves 62 airports across 12 countries. Our skilled chefs provide first, business and economy class meals—including Halal dishes and other special options—with a focus on each airline’s local cuisine. It’s about getting the basics right, then adding a dash of imagination—plus a logistics network that delivers, on average, a gastronomical 128,000 meals every day.
