Recruitment fraud

It has come to our attention that various people and organisations unrelated to the Emirates Group are sending emails or otherwise contacting individuals offering fraudulent employment) opportunities in the Emirates Group.

These people and organisations may request personal information or money from you in order to progress the application.

The Emirates Group will never ask for money transfers or payment of any kind from job applicants and will never ask for advance payment from you towards travel expenses or visas/work permits if your application is successful.  Never transfer funds, handover cash or provide your bank account or credit card details as part of a job application.

 

Your security and privacy are very important to us.
Please be aware that malicious individuals may impersonate Emirates Group staff and contact candidates and new joiners to request sensitive personal information and login credentials to gain access to your careers account or onboarding portal.
To ensure a safe recruitment experience, kindly take note of the following:

  • We will never ask you to share your User ID, password, or any login credentials at any stage of the application or onboarding process.
  • Do not disclose your login details to anyone, even if they claim to be recruiters, HR personnel, or onboarding coordinators.
  • All official communication will only come from official Emirates Group email addresses (e.g., @emirates.com/@dnata.com).
  • To verify the legitimacy of any email communications, always cross-check the email domain and ensure that you applied for the position via our official careers website.
  • If you suspect that someone has accessed your candidate profile without your authorisation, or you have received suspicious messages, report it immediately using our official channels and contact your designated recruitment /onboarding coordinator.

Also note that Emirates Group job offers are only published through our verified careers website. Should anyone approach you through WhatsApp messages, personal/public email accounts (e.g., Gmail, Yahoo, icloud, outlook, etc.), social media, or unusual links, it is likely fraudulent.
